Max rounds (no round limit)

On the minute every minute perform the required number of reps
  • 1x KB snatch first minute, then rest
  • 36lbs (16kg)     24lbs (10kg)
  • 2x KB snatch second minute, then rest
  • 3x KB snatch third minute... and so on
  • Continue until you cannot perform the requisite number of KB snatches within the minute time limit
